FAQ

What is included in conference registration?

Full conference registration includes access to all technical sessions, keynotes, the exhibition, and evening receptions. Food and beverage is provided throughout the event. The PCBLive Gala Dinner and certification exams are add-on items.

How can I get an exhibition-only pass?

You can register for an exhibit hall only pass on the PCBLive website. Just select the Exhibit Hall Only option during registration. An exhibit pass gives you access to the show floor to visit vendor booths during open exhibit hours.

Can I sign up for certification exams on-site?

A limited number of on-site exam registrations are available, but it’s recommended to pre-register online to guarantee a spot. Certification exams are offered by our association partners for an additional fee and include training materials.

Are hotel rooms included in the registration fee?

No, hotel rooms are not included in PCBLive registration. However, we have negotiated discounted room blocks at nearby hotels for our attendees. You can book rooms through the PCBLive website to receive the group rate.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund minus a $95 processing fee. Cancellations received 15-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 15 days of the event start.
