2. Are there any pre-conference events?

Yes, all accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Registered attendees will also get free access to the online proceedings after the event.

4. Are there any student travel grants available?

5. What is the refund policy?
